WHAT IS THE VALUE SORT TOOL?

Knowing what we value most in our work, relationships, and other commitments makes it easier to respond to opportunities and conflicts with integrity. The Value Sort is an excellent way to reflect upon what is most important to you personally and it is also a great way to stimulate conversations with peers, colleagues and family members.

What is a Value Sort Event?

A Value Sort Event is a way to track a group of Value Sorts. Create an event and share the link with others (e.g., for a classroom exercise). Once participants submit Value Sorts to your event, you can track your group's stats on the Value Sort Event page.

GETTING STARTED

Join or create* a Value Sort Event.

*In order to create an event, you must be logged in to your pztools.org account.

Note: If you just want to try out the Value Sort Tool, feel free to join our public Value Sort Event.

While in a Value Sort Event, create a new Value Sort and begin sorting value cards.

Submit your Value Sort and write down your link* in order to access your Value Sort in the future.

*This is only necessary if you do not log in to pztools.org.

Visit the Value Sort Event page to compare your results to the rest of the event's participants.
